About us

The management committee is made up of volunteers that come from within Barnston or the user groups at the Village Hall. We always welcome new members of the public who may be interested in finding out more about the village hall or are considering joining the committee, please contact us or come to one of our many committee meetings.

Our committee meetings normally take place on a bi-monthly basis, with our Annual General Meeting taking place in May each year. During the AGM the committee will stand down and then, with any new proposed committee members, stand for re-election. The management committee is made up of volunteers that come from within Barnston or the user groups at the Village Hall. Committee Meetings are held on at the Village Hall unless stated.

Any items you would like added to the agenda for discussion should be posted in a letter or emailed to one of the committee emails listed. Please make sure the request is sent 10 days prior to meeting for inclusion. Only items on the agenda will be discussed at the meeting.
