Our committee meetings normally take place on a bi-monthly basis, with our Annual General Meeting taking place in May each year. During the AGM the committee will stand down and then, with any new proposed committee members, stand for re-election. Committee Meetings are held on at the Village Hall unless stated.
Any items you would like added to the agenda for discussion should be posted in a letter or emailed to one of the committee emails listed. Please make sure the request is sent 10 days prior to meeting for inclusion. Only items on the agenda will be discussed at the meeting.
